Apple tart {Äppeltaart}
Apple tart {Äppeltaart}
For the yeast dough
500 g flour, 3 eggs, 160 g butter, 40 g fresh yeast, 100 g sugar, 1 cup milk, 1 tsp. salt
Sift the flour into a bowl and make a well. Crush the yeast, mix with the milk and sugar in a small bowl, then pour into the well and mix with a little flour
2. add salt, melted butter and the eggs and knead all ingredients well
3. leave to rest in the fridge for seven to eight hours or overnight
For the topping
1 kg apples, 2 eggs, 125 ml cream, 2 tbsp sugar
1. mix two eggs with 125 ml cream and two tablespoons of sugar together
2. put the yeast dough into the tin, let it rise again, cover with apple slices like a brick
3. bake for ten minutes at 180°C in a preheated oven
4. spread the egg mixture on top and bake for a further 20 minutes

Éisleker Miwwelstrooss receives the third "Very Good" award from the Service-Check Institute from Markt Schwaben and thus once again the Service-Check seal for customer satisfaction. More than 858 customers have already taken part in the anonymous survey and have given the company an overall rating of "very good".

The slogans "Sech doheem fillen" (Ameublements Thill) and "Gemittlech wunnen" (Meubles Oestreicher) make both companies come true for their customers every day with reliable service and needs-based advice.
With very good success, as the consistently positive customer reviews show.

Update current situation
Update 19.03.: After we have already closed the two shops since Monday, as required by law, and also stopped all deliveries since Tuesday, we will now no longer be present in the offices as of noon (19.03.) 12 noon today. However, all sales staff can be reached by e-mail. The Info@thill.lu will also be forwarded and the inquiries will be answered.
